From first to last an Engineering business with a highly skilled and motivated Engineering team working with the latest tools providing the overall Engineering package, from Design, Development, Drawing through to Qualification, Testing, Reporting and after sales Support.
Spares
Things need to be serviced to fulfill the product lifetime. We offer spare parts and kits to service what we sell.
DAE offers spare parts to assist in the maintenance and repair of our products. There are numerous replacement parts available – motors, housings, filters, rotors, stators, propellers, impellors, armatures – just to name a few. We also offer fan repair kits and overhaul manuals. This allows our customers the flexibility to perform routine repairs as needed.
Overhaul & Repair
We are an FAA Part 145 Certified Repair Station to provide overhaul and repair of our fans and motors. Our trained technicians provide tear down, test and evaluation (TTE) which allows us to provide customers with an accurate assessment of the product condition. Upon evaluation and customer authorization, we will repair or replace parts, then reassemble and test to return the unit to its full operating level.
Machining / Tool and Die
From Lathe work to 5 Axis machines we can assist in manufacturing parts to your specification. Our skilled machinists and production employees are working every day to produce parts in tolerance and with fit and finish needed to maintain Aerospace / Military precision.
